PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute state estimation processing of a power system without interruptions even when system information includes an erroneous measurement result.SOLUTION: The electric power system state estimation device includes: a state estimation part for estimating a state of an electric power system on the basis of a plurality of values showing a state of an electric power system and a plurality of coefficients defined for each of the plurality of values; an error determination part for determining whether or not each of the plurality of values is erroneous on the basis of an estimation result of the state estimation part and the plurality of values; an output part for outputting, as the plurality of values, a first value determined to be not erroneous of the plurality of values and a predetermined third value defined correspondingly to a second value determined to be erroneous when any of the plurality of values is determined to be erroneous; and an efficient output part for outputting, as the plurality of coefficients, the first coefficient corresponding to the first value of the plurality of values and a third coefficient formed by changing the second coefficient corresponding to the second value so that an estimation result of the state estimation part obtained on the basis of the third value is the third value when any of the plurality of values is determined to be erroneous.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
