PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve inhibition of analogue production, and improvement in tablet hardness, in a combination tablet containing candesartan cilexetil and hydrochlorothiazide.SOLUTION: A tablet containing candesartan cilexetil, hydrochlorothiazide, and a water-soluble polymer or an ester compound is obtained by tableting and molding a mixture containing a granule composition containing candesartan cilexetil-containing granule and hydrochlorothiazide-containing granule.
