PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber product treatment agent composition using an aliphatic acid ester type quaternary ammonium compound excellent in biodegradability and capable of preventing wet return of a wet fiber product due to sweat or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a fiber product treatment agent composition containing 5 mass% to 20 mass% inclusive of a mixture of specific quaternary ammonium salts (A), 0.5 mass% to 10 mass% inclusive of a mixture of ester compounds of pentaerythritol and fatty acid (B), 0.5 mass% to 10 mass% inclusive of linear aliphatic primary saturated alcohol having 12 to 18 (inclusive) carbon atoms (C) and water. |
