PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of calculating an evaluation value for dynamically determining whether a flicker is present or absent per pixel in WDR processing which synthesizes a long exposure image and a short exposure image.SOLUTION: There is provided a WDR system 10 comprising: a first calculation unit 161 which calculates a first difference value between a pixel value of a long exposure image of a current frame and a pixel value of a long exposure image of a previous frame; an average value calculation unit 163 which calculates an average value between the pixel value of the long exposure image of the current frame and the pixel value of the long exposure image of the previous frame; a second calculation unit which calculates a second difference value between the average value and a value corresponding to a pixel value of a short exposure image of the current frame; and an evaluation value calculation unit 164 which calculates an evaluation value representing the intensity of the flicker on the basis of the first difference value and the second difference value. |
