PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive sheet which has less defects due to deformation of an adhesive agent when used for a touch panel of a capacitance type, improves a yield in a production process by preventing damage to electronic components due to peeling electrification generated in peeling a release film and has less adhered foreign matters.SOLUTION: There is provided a base-less double-sided adhesive sheet formed by respectively laminating release films having different peeling force on both sides of an adhesive layer, wherein the release film having larger peeling force has a constitution formed by providing a coating layer containing an organic silicon compound and a release layer containing a &pgr;-conjugated conductive polymer resin and a silicone resin in this order on a biaxially oriented polyester film, the release layer has a surface specific resistance (R) of 1×10&OHgr; or less, the amount of a polyester oligomer on the surface of the release layer after heating the release film at 180°C for 10 minutes is 0.5 mg/mor less and the direction of the orientation main axis is 12 degrees or less. |
