The softened or melted foil surfaces are led together over entire width and are compressed within 0.1-10 seconds under pressure after heating. The radiation frequency range is set to the maximal absorption of the single foil. The thicker single foil directly absorbs 50 and 90% heat radiation and the thinner foil absorbs 50 and 10% heat radiation. Transportation speed of the foils is regulated and steered at heat radiation source to connect the foils as a function of softening and melting degrees. Independent claims are included for: (1) device for production of two-layer foils; and (2) two layer foil from thermoplastic materials.
