The invention relates to a toolholder comprising a suction system, of the type that is used in numerically-controlled automatic machining machines for adapting and securing the different machining tools. The invention is characterised in that it comprises a single device which performs the functions of: a standard automatic toolholder, which can convey a retractable element in order to improve the precision required in controlling the machining depth; and a suction system for extracting the powder and chips produced during the process. In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the sensing device is equipped with an axial knuckle joint which enables any irregularities in the surface to be machined to be adjusted automatically, thereby minimising machining error. In addition, in another embodiment of the invention, the above-mentioned retractable elements are equipped with a plurality of slide guides in order to improve the sliding movement of the sensing element. The invention is particularly advantageous in that, in a single device, machining operations can be performed with greater depth precision than with standard systems and all of the waste produced during machining is removed automatically by the suction system.
|
