A plug socket is provided to prevent a conductor other than a plug grounding pin from being inserted into a space between pushed protrusions of a ground preventing part and prevent the generation of electric shock accidents. A plug socket(100) includes a terminal block(400) having a plug hole(401) into which a grounding pin(301) of a plug(300) is inserted and a terminal hole, an inner case(500) combined with the front side of the terminal block, and an outer case(600) combined with the front side of the inner case. The plug socket further includes a power terminal(10), a ground terminal, a cylindrical ground preventing part, and a ground terminal unit. The power terminal is combined with the terminal hole of the terminal block. The ground terminal is combined with the plug hole of the terminal block and has a plurality of insertion holes. The ground preventing part is combined with the insertion holes of the ground terminal and has pushed protrusions formed at an equal interval. The ground preventing part has a cut formed along the length direction. The ground terminal unit includes a pair of elastic members each having a combining part combined with the cut of the ground preventing part.
