<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a block formed by packing waste in a sealing container of a composite material of rubber and polyethylene or polypropylene which is lightweight, inexpensive, and excellent in strength, impact resistance, and safety effectively in the foundation of ground improvement and preparation or in the sea. SOLUTION: A mixture of 30-10 wt.% of 30-100 mesh fine rubber particles from tires or the like and 70-90 wt.% of 3-5 mm uneven coarse particles of crushed polyethylene or polypropylene moldings is heated to melt only the coarse particles, pressurized, and injected to mold a cylindrical container 1 and a sealing lid 2. The container, is filled with waste and sealed by the lid 2 to form a block 4. The blocks 4 are placed, accumulated, or embedded for use.</p> |
