A light-emitting apparatus is provided to improve the quality of display images by reducing a driving voltage deviation between devices and to reduce power consumption by reducing the generation of heat. A light-emitting apparatus includes a pixel electrode(80), an organic light-emitting layer(110), a transparent common electrode(130), and a metal sub electrode. The pixel electrode(80) is formed on a substrate(10). The organic light-emitting layer(110) is formed at an upper part of the pixel electrode(80). The transparent common electrode(130) is extended to a light-emitting region of a device including an upper part of the organic light-emitting layer(110), and a non light-emitting region which exceeds the light-emitting region. The metal sub electrode is arranged on the upper part of the transparent or translucent common electrode(130) formed on the non light-emitting region. |
