FIELD: engines and pumps, manufacturing technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cylindrical casing, which is used as fan casing to close aircraft jet engine fan blades, and to cylindrical casing production method. Cylindrical casing is made from composite material from reinforcing fibres impregnated with thermosetting resin, and includes main body, which forms cylindrical shape, and outer flange, which is annularly along periphery located on main body outer peripheral surface. Outer flange includes binding layer glued on main body outer surface, base layer located on binding layer, flange forming layer having branching layer integral with it, which overlaps from one inclined surface layer to binder layer, and wall layer, which rises from one base layer inclined surface, and the other flange forming layer, having branching layer integral with it, which continues to binder layer and overlaps from the other base layer inclined surface to binder layer, and wall layer, which rises from the other base layer inclined surface and overlaps wall layer of one flange forming layer. At that, base layer is formed by roving layers overlapping, including roving, made of reinforcing fibers bundle. At that, flange forming layers are made by plurality biaxial fabric layers overlapping, including biaxial fabric with structure without bends, consisting of reinforcement fibres two axes of tapes, having orientation angle of ±15-75° to main body axial direction.EFFECT: invention provides high structural strength of fan casing external flange.4 cl, 11 dwg |
