The invention relates to the branch of powder metallurgy. A method of producing powder of carbides of refractory metals includes processing scrap or wastes of carbides of refractory metals and cermet hard alloys, which contain carbides of refractory metals, by their electro-erosion dispersion by pulses of electric current in the bubbled liquid in the space between the anode and the cathode, moreover simultaneously with said dispersion electro-erosion of dispersion of additional anode made from graphite is accomplished, and stoichiometric ratio of phases, which are formed in this case, is obtained by current control through additional anode with fixed values of amplitude, duration and impulse frequency through the anode. The invention makes it possible to obtain the necessary stoichiometric ratio of phases, which are formed at fulfillment of method, and to increase its ecological cleanness. |
