ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE FILM FOR CIRCUIT CONNECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anisotropic conductive adhesive film that has an excellent electric connectivity of a very small-area electrode, hardly causes a dielectric breakdown (short) between fine wirings, makes an electric connection with a long-term reliability and has a high storage stability in an electric connection of minute pattern. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive adhesive film for circuit connection comprises a conductive particle obtained by plating the surface of a resin particle polymerized from divinylbenzene, ethylvinylbenzene and another monomer with a metal and an insulative binder resin and realizes a long-term reliability and a high storage stability.
