PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce construction cost by eliminating a dedicated cable storing space and to improve appearance. SOLUTION: A conductive cable 53 extended from a main control board 51 provided in a building frame is connected to a turn table 13. A cable treating device 57 provided with a first arm 59 having a base end horizontally rotatably journaled to the building frame in a position deviated from a turning center C0 of the turn table 13 and with a second arm 61 having a tip horizontally rotatably journaled to the tip of the first arm 59 and having a base end horizontally rotatably journaled to a position deviated from the turning center C0 of the lower face of the turn table 13 is provided immediately below the turn table 13. During turning of the turn table 13, in cooperation with the first and second arms 59, 61, the conductive cable 53 is properly guided following turning operation of the turn table 13.
