PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle suppressing difficult arrangement of a member above an engine and a frame. SOLUTION: This motorcycle (vehicle) 1 is provided with the engine 21, a main frame 3 passing above the engine 21 and extended rearward and a down tube 4 passing below the engine 21 and extended rearward. Viewed from the vehicle lateral side, the engine 21 is arranged so that the upper part of the engine 21 is overlapped with the main frame 3 without projecting upwardly from an upper end of the main frame 3 and the lower part of the engine 21 is overlapped with the down tube 4.
