PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach and detach a phase separation bus entrance prevention device to and from the periphery of a bus conductor of a phase separation bus, and to prevent the bus conductor from entering a dangerous zone in an axial direction. SOLUTION: A fixed band body 11 is wound to the periphery of the bus conductor of the phase separation bus in a separation position of a work zone and the dangerous zone of the phase separation bus. Tension centers 13 are fitted to the fixed band body 11. When the fixed band body 11 is wound to the periphery of the bus conductor, the tension centers rise to an external direction from the outer edge of the bus conductor. A seat member 12 is supported by the tension centers 13. When the fixed band body 11 is wound to the periphery of the bus conductor, the seat member extends to the external direction from the outer edge of the bus conductor, and forms an entrance inhibition face viewed from the axial direction of the bus conductor. A buckle 16 connects and engages both ends of the fixed band body 11 so that it can control a ring diameter of the fixed band body 11 wound to the periphery of the bus conductor.
