PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered soft magnetic substance having improved magnetic property and high mechanical strength, to provide a sintered movable iron core using the sintered soft magnetic substance, and to provide a manufacturing method of them. SOLUTION: The whole composition consists of Si: 3.0 mass% or less, P: 0.5 mass% or less, and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities.
