A risk level calculation system is provided with a terminal device comprised of a condition information collecting unit that collects condition information indicative of condition of a user of a terminal device composing a monitor subject or an attachment to the terminal device, and a condition information transmitting unit that transmits the condition information collected by the condition information collecting unit; and a risk level calculating server composed of a risk level calculating unit that calculates a risk level estimated for the monitor subject with reference to the condition information transmitted by the terminal device and risk data dependent on an attribute of the monitor subject stored at a data base and a risk level notifying unit that notifies a predetermined terminal device of the risk level calculated by the risk level calculating unit.
