Output of the analog-to-digital converter (11) is connected to the microprocessor (10), the output of which is connected to the display (9). There is a power source (12) of electronics, which is connected to the display (9), the microprocessor (10), the analog-to-digital converter (11), the circuit (14) of the signal normalization, the sensor (13) of the magnetic induction of the coil (7), the temperature sensor (16) of the coil (7), the comparator (15) and the circuit (8) of the delay circuit switching.
