The present invention relates to a deburring machine for a plastic injection molded product, which has a novel structure capable of removing burrs formed in the circumference of the plastic injection molded product automatically. The deburring machine for a plastic injection molded product according to the present invention comprises a support (20) whose position is adjusted by a conveying unit (10), and a cutting unit (30) provided on the support (20) for cutting burrs (2) formed in the circumferential surface of the plastic injection molded product (1). In the deburring machine, the burrs (2) formed in the circumferential surface of the plastic injection molded product (1) is cut automatically and removed by suction with a suction pipe (40). Thus, it is possible to automate deburring work, to improve work efficiency and to improve work precision. Particularly, a suction pump (41) is linked to the support (20) to surround the circumference of the cutting unit (30) and the burrs (2) cut by the cutting unit (30) are sucked with the suction pipe (40). Thus, it is possible to suck and remove the burrs (2) cut by a blade member (33). Therefore, it is possible to prevent generation of defects caused by adhesion of the burrs (2) to the circumference of the plastic injection molded product (1) during the post-treatment. |
