The present invention relates to a session control method in a small cell capable of effectively providing a local service using a mobile cell appropriate for a mobile cell environment separately from provision of a service through a macro network for a user terminal or device by accommodating macro network access and mobile cell access, reducing the load to the macro network, and enabling fast data processing using the IP address allocated from the macro network and the IP address allocated from the mobile cell to reduce the system load for deep packet inspection analysis and a device thereof.
