Provided is a yellow toner that provides a more vivid hue using a small amount of toner and, as a result of increasing the amount of green, the color phase has a wider color gamut. The yellow toner contains a binder resin and a yellow coloring agent. The yellow toner is characterized by including, as the yellow coloring agent, a compound A indicated by general formula (1) and a compound B indicated by formula (2). The compound A content is 0.5-7.5 parts by mass and the compound B content is 0.5-8.0 parts by mass, relative to 100 parts by mass binder resin. |
