In this case, a test signal having known amplitude, phase, and frequency is applied to perform an operation and a process for performing the frequency analysis at the frequency of the test signal is carried out multiple times, thereby estimating the error of the position detector on the basis of the amplitude and phase calculated by the frequency analysis that has been carried out multiple times.
