PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bond a member such as a sealing member to a developing container while suppressing the sealing member from being displaced from a position to be bonded.SOLUTION: A developing device comprises: a frame body 31 that includes a storage chamber storing a developer; a rotor that is rotatably supported by the frame body 31; and a sealing member 37 that is fixed to the frame body 31 to seal a gap between the frame body 31 and the rotor. The developing device includes regulation means that, while the insertion part 37a provided on the sealing member 37 is inserted into the opening 31k provided in the frame body 31, regulates displacement of the positions of the insertion part 37a and the opening 31k in a direction where the insertion part 37a is inserted into the opening 31k.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
