PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content state discrimination device and content state discrimination method that can efficiently discriminate the content state in a storage tube for drug discovery in a short time with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The content state discrimination device includes: a tube movement mechanism 120 for moving a storage tube MT for drug discovery to an imaging position; an illumination unit 130 for projecting transmission light to the storage tube MT for drug discovery; and a control unit 150 for controlling the processing and operation of an imaging unit 110, an image processing unit 140, the tube movement mechanism 120, and the illumination unit 130. The illumination unit 130 includes an infrared projection unit 131. The control unit 150 allows the storage tube MT for drug discovery stopping at the imaging position to perform the projection by the illumination unit 130 and the imaging by the imaging unit 110 in conjunction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
