PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lobster gut remover capable of removing a lobster gut clearly and easily.SOLUTION: A lobster gut remover 1 comprises: a first blade 10; a blade receiving part 20 having a receiving face 21 opposing to the leading end 12 of the first blade 10 and capable of abutting against the leading end 12 of the first blade 10; a support part (a spring member 30) for supporting the first blade 10 and the blade receiving part 20 in a mutually closable or releasable manner; and a biasing part (a spring part 30) for biasing the first blade 10 from a state, in which the first blade 10 is close to the blade receiving part 20, apart from the blade receiving part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
