PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin container capable of retaining an appearance shape of a barrel more stably by effectively absorbing decompression generated inside the container.SOLUTION: A synthetic resin container 1 includes: a mouth 2 which becomes a spouting port for the content; a barrel 4 continued to the mouth 2 via a shoulder 3; and a bottom 5 for blocking a lower end of the barrel 4. The barrel 4 includes: a plurality of annular lateral grooves 13 extending across the whole circumference of the barrel 4 respectively and arranged with intervals vertically; a label mounting part 10 which is provided between a waist 6 and the shoulder 3 and on which a label 11 is mounted on an outer peripheral surface; a plurality of decompression absorption panels 21 formed in a rib shape twisted in a circumferential direction around an axis center S of the barrel 4 and extending in the vertical direction in an inclined manner respectively, and arranged side by side in the circumferential direction; and a decompression absorption part 20 provided between the waist 6 and the bottom 5. A twist angle around the axis center S of the barrel 4 of a lower end 21b with respect to an upper end 21a of the decompression absorption panel 21 is constituted to be equal to or greater than 55° and equal to or less than 75°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
