PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that has suppressed the occurrence of uneven wear on a photoreceptor.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes: an electrophotographic photoreceptor 31 that includes a conductive support and a photosensitive layer, in which the photosensitive layer includes an outermost layer containing resin, and the outermost layer of the photosensitive layer has inclination in thickness in an axial direction and has a difference in average film thickness between one end and the other end in the axial direction of 1.7 μm or more; charging means 32; electrostatic charge image forming means 40; developing means 33; transfer means 51; and cleaning means 34 that includes a cleaning blade having a contact part with the electrophotographic photoreceptor 31 composed of a member containing polyurethane rubber and having a heat absorption peak top temperature in a range of 180°C or higher and 220°C or lower. |
