An input apparatus and an input method. The input apparatus comprises: at least one light-emitting key (1) and a sensing apparatus (2) corresponding to the light-emitting key (1). The sensing apparatus (2) is used for sensing a clicking frequency corresponding to the light-emitting key (1), and sending the clicking frequency to a data processing apparatus (3), so that the data processing apparatus (3) generates a corresponding colour control signal according to the clicking frequency. The light-emitting key (1) is used for emitting light according to the colour control signal. The input apparatus and the input method enable the input apparatus to achieve the effect of prompting a clicking frequency, so that the input apparatus prompts a user of a health state. |
