PRODUCTION METHOD OF UNWOVEN FABRIC FOR MUSHROOM CULTIVATION

PURPOSE: An unwoven fabric is provided to have the excellent plasticity, and to produce a port for a mushroom cultivation in a simple and economic method by using the plasticity. CONSTITUTION: The unwoven fabric is produced by processes of: producing a web of weigh 100¯140 g/m2 by a polyester fiber; needle-punching the web; thermal-bonding the needle-punched unwoven fabric at 100¯ 120°C by using a calendar installed an engraved roller. The needle-punching of the web performs by the needle- punching of a double-pass using a needle loom, and the unwoven fabric thermal-bonds passing the calendar. The unwoven fabric produced by these process easily forms a port plate(10) for a mushroom cultivation formed many ports(11) by a forming method such as a press because of the high intensity and the high elongation.
