SPLICING METAL JOINT OF SIGN OBJECT FOR STEEL TOWER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a splicing metal joint of a sign object for a steel tower which is capable of stably splicing structural members of the steel tower without being affected by their shapes and is divertible not only to attaching of the sign object but also to other applications as well.

SOLUTION: The splicing metal joint comprises a metal joint body 1 which is composed of a seat board 2 of a required contour shape penetrated to be installed with bolt threading holes 7 and 8 in required positions, a pair of arms 3 projected at upper and lower two side edges of the seat board 2 and a pair of strip-shaped adapter plates 5 mounted at the projecting ends of the respective arms 3 in parallel to a board face of the seat board 2, and a pair of upper clamping metal fittings 9 and lower clamping metal fittings 10 which have mutual pinching junctions of mounts individually to the seat board 2 and pinch the structural members, such as horizontal members of the steel tower cooperatively with the seat board 2. The requirements in addition to the above are that the relation between the arm 3 and the adapter plate 5 be freely attachable and detachable and that the bolt threading holes penetrated to be installed in the seat board 2 comprise a pair of the upper and lower bolt threading holes 7 and 7 at the center and a pair of the upper and lower bolt threading holes 8 and 8 symmetrical on the right and left thereof.
