Movable air flaps (MAF) (9) open and close during each rotary motion (ERM) in a vertical rotor and are controlled during ERM in such a way that they open only if a corresponding flap in a Venturi air channel (VAC) (1) closes. The MAF are controlled during ERM so that they only close if a corresponding flap opens from the VAC.
