PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction in caulking force, have enough retaining force with a small caulking force, and not to affect an outer ring outer diameter circularity after caulking. SOLUTION: First cutout parts 41 are formed on the sealing plate 30 extending outward from a position after a flat bottom part 30b in the axial direction to a curl part 30c. Namely, the first cutout parts 41 are formed from near a bottom round part of the sealing plate 30 abutting a step part of a seal groove of an outer ring to a head part R.
