PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split core hard to break even if it is fastened with large force when a stator is made, while iron loss is low. SOLUTION: A split core 1 constitutes a stator for dynamo-electric machine, being arranged in annular form, with teeth 2, whereon coils are to be mounted, inside in its diametrical direction. Herein, yokes 3 consisting of steel material are attached to the outside in the diametrical direction of the teeth 2 made of green compact. The split cores 1 are constituted so that the yokes 3 may surround the peripheral side of the teeth 2 standing in annular form in the condition that they have constituted the stator thereby.
