PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a split core consisting of a green compact from being broken by excessive fastening force by enabling the fastening force of the split core to be controlled. SOLUTION: Tapered face 5 are made in the internal perimeter of a housing 1, and the split cores 2 are pressed axially against the tapered face 5, and the split cores 2 are fastened inward in their diametrical direction by the reaction generated at the tapered faces 5, and the fastening state is kept by fixing the split cores 2 to the housing 1.
