PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interposition member between a stator and a stator holder which reduces the compressive stress in shrinkage acting working on a stator core. SOLUTION: An interposition member 7, which is made of material such as resin, rubber, or the like of Young's modulus lower than that of the material of a retaining ring 5 and a split core 11, is interposed between the stator main body 3 and the retaining ring 5 shrink-fitted around it. It is arranged so that the projection 7a of the interposition 7 engages with the recess 11e of each split core 11. The split core 11 is made of compacted powder magnetic material easy to mold.
