PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform radio communications with a lot of communication objects such as radio tags disposed in a neighborhood. SOLUTION: On the surface of each of shelf boards forming boards of a bookshelf, a first leak transmission line 4 and a second leak transmission line 5 are disposed, along a longitudinal direction, in parallel with each other while aligning their terminals. The terminal portion of the first leak transmission line 4 is opened, and the terminal portion of the second leak transmission line 5 is short-circuited by a short-circuiting member 11. The first and second leak transmission lines 4, 5 are connected to a switcher 8 via cables. The switcher is connected to a radio tag reader 10. When reading recorded data from radio tags stuck on a lot of books on the bookshelf, the radio tag reader uses the first and second leak transmission lines 4, 5 while switching them alternately as an antenna.
