In accordance with the invention, the centers of nozzles are located on the common vertical axis L-L at a distance h from vertical axis М-М, which passes through the center of cylindrical chamber, and are located in vertical plane Z, which passes through the centers of nozzles at the angle α, which makes 15-35°, with horizontal axis Х-Х parallel to longitudinal axis Y-Y of tangential and input channel, moreover h is equal to 0.05 -0.2R, where R - radius of inlet of tangential input channel. |
