PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure of a lower part of a vehicle body having a high reinforcing effect for reducing torsional deformation of the vehicle body effectively without modifying a basic structure of the vehicle body, in the lower part of the vehicle equipped with a protruding member and a V-shape brace. SOLUTION: In the reinforcing structure of the lower part of the vehicle body, the protruding member 5 protruding downward from a vehicular widthwise center part is provided for a cross member 3 extending out from an end part of a cabin floor F of an automobile and bridging between right and left side members 2, 2 which are formed at a level higher in a vehicular width direction and a lower end part 53 of the protruding member 5 is horizontally connected with both right and left side positions at a lower surface side of the cabin floor F forming a substantially V-shape in plan view. The protruding member 5 is supported by reinforcing members 7, 7 for connecting the lower end part 53 of the protruding member 5 and the right and left side members 2, 2 in the vehicular width direction.
