PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely inhibit rotation of a hook member to a release direction by a simple configuration even when vibration or impact is applied to the hook member. SOLUTION: The hook member 8 and an open lever 9 are rotatably supported in positions bias to each other. An engagement part 83 is provided in the hook member 8, and a connection groove 13 with which the engagement part 83 is slidably engaged is provided in the open lever 9. The connection groove 13 is provided with a transmission groove part 131 with which the engagement part 83 is engaged while being slid when the open lever 9 is rotated to the release direction ahead of the hook member 8 so as to transmit the rotation of the open lever 9 to the hook member 8, and with a constraint groove part 132 with which the engagement member 83 is engaged when the hook member 8 is rotated ahead of the open lever 9, so as to inhibit the rotation of the hook member 8 to the release direction.
