PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quilt cover with a collar cover removed with the use of fasteners. SOLUTION: The collar part of quilt to contact a face and a neck especially tends to become dirty. When the easily removable collar cover is fitted, the collar part is always kept clean since the collar cover can be often washed. One side 2 of the removable fasteners is attached onto the front surface and rear surface of the upper part of the quilt 1, and the other side of the fasteners is attached to both ends of the collar cover, so that the quilt cover with the removable collar cover is obtained.
