A panel comprises a glass substrate; an electrically conductive coating layer; a plurality of LEDs, a plurality of lighting circuits provided by pathways defined within the electrically conductive coating layer and a plurality of LEDs arranged in series; and first and second, spaced electrical bus bars, each bus bar extending along the same edge of the panel, with each bus bar being adapted to provide electrical power to a plurality of lighting circuits.
