AQUEOUS EMULSIFIED DISPERSION OF POLYOLEFIN RESIN AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in properties such as water resistance and film properties after drying as well as to improve the stability of a dispersion. SOLUTION: An aqueous emulsified dispersion of a polyolefin resin is provided in which the polyolefin resin whose weight average molecular weight is 20,000-100,000 is emulsified with a polyurethane resin having a hydrophilic group. This dispersion may be produced by emulsifying a polyolefin resin in water with a urethane prepolymer having a hydrophilic group and converting the urethane prepolymer to a polyurethane resin by crosslinking with an amine compound, or the dispersion may be produced by preparing an aqueous dispersion of a polyurethane resin having a hydrophilic group beforehand and emulsifying a polyolefin resin with the aqueous dispersion of the polyurethane resin.
