PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic actuator comprising a fixed stator comprising two poles Xc. SOLUTION: A stator has one or two exciting coils. An actuator includes a movable part with a thin-type permanent magnet which is magnetized along the direction of a gap. The movable part consists of at least two independent movable elements moving along the direction parallel to an intersection, on the surface of a gap in the opposite direction as well as the central surface of the fixed stator. Each of the movable parts includes three thin-type magnets of flexible material which are alternately magnetized, being coupled to a yoke or not. The thin-type magnet of one movable element among the movable elements is magnetized in the direction opposite to the corresponding thin-type magnet of a second movable element or an adjoining element.
