A marine communication apparatus and a search structure terminal device for perceiving the exact location of an accidental point and reducing a time for a distress structure are provided to maximize the utilization of the search structure terminal device. A frequency converter(28) is installed as the channel number of a mobile search rescue terminal device. The frequency converter performs the search structure terminal device and two way wireless communications. A transceiving processor(27) processes the signal which is transmitted and received by connecting the frequency converter. A main controller(26) periodically delivers the location information delivered from the location information receiver(25) to the search structure terminal device through the transceiver process unit.
