PREPARATION METHOD FOR CONCHIOLIN, AND WATER-SOLUBLE CONCHIOLIN AND ACID-SOLUBLE CONCHIOLIN PREPARED BY USING METHOD

Disclosed are a preparation method for conchiolin, and water-soluble conchiolin and acid-soluble conchiolin prepared by using the method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) grinding pearls into pearl powder; 2) carrying out water bathing on the nanometer pearl powder by using deionized water, carrying out ultra-high pressure homogenization and low-temperature centrifugation to acquire a water-soluble pearl extract a and a precipitate, and washing the precipitate by using an ethanol solution for two to four times; 3) dissolving the obtained precipitate by using weak acid at a certain temperature, stirring at a low speed to carry out a reaction, and taking a supernatant to serve as an acid-soluble pearl extract b by means of low temperature centrifugation; 4) respectively desalting the water-soluble pearl extract a and the acid-soluble pearl extract b; and 5) after the desalting, freeze-drying the water-soluble pearl extract a and the acid-soluble pearl extract b to respectively obtain the water-soluble conchiolin and the acid-soluble conchiolin.
