NEW USE OF I-TYPE INTERFERON AND MESENCHYMAL STEM CELL IN PREPARATION OF ANTINEOPLASTIC DRUG

Provided are mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) pre-treated by I-type interferon (IFN) or over-expressing the I-type IFN, and use of the MSCs in the preparation of antineoplastic drug. Also provided is a use of the I-type IFN in the preparation of a composition for improving the expression of MHC I in the MSCs, reducing the immunosuppression ability of the MSCs, improving the antitumor immune response of organism, inhibiting the DNA combining ability of STAT1 in the MSCs and reducing the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in the MSCs.
