PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jelly beverage in which separation between oil and jelly is not caused when the jelly beverage is stored for a long period of time or when the jelly beverage is drunk, and which is easy to drink and has high oil content.SOLUTION: The jelly beverage contains 5-30 mass% oil and fat, a gelatinizer and water and has 1,000-20,000 N/mhardness. The oil and fat is powdered oil and fat-derived oil and fat. A production method of the jelly beverage comprises the steps of: heating/dissolving the powdered oil and fat and the gelatinizer in water; cooling/solidifying the powdered oil and fat/gelatinizer dissolved in the water; and adjusting the blending amount of the powdered oil and fat so that the content of the oil and fat in the jelly beverage to be obtained becomes 5-30 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
