A process for producing a stretched acrylic-resin film constituted of a composition which comprises 99-50 wt% acrylic resin (A) and 1-50 wt% rubber-containing graft copolymer (B) (the sum of the two is 100 wt%), wherein the component (B) comprises an innermost layer comprising a polymer obtained using a methacrylic ester as a main monomer, an interlayer comprising a polymer obtained using an alkyl acrylate having a C4-12 alkyl group as a main monomer, and one or more outermost layers comprising a polymer obtained using a methacrylic ester as a monomer, the innermost layer and the interlayer constituting a crosslinked elastomer, the crosslinked elastomer having an average particle diameter of 150-400 nm, the process including a step in which an acrylic-resin film constituted of the composition is subjected to transverse stretching or simultaneous biaxial stretching under the conditions of a stretching temperature of (Tg+5)ºC to (Tg+50)ºC (Tg is the glass transition temperature of the acrylic-resin film constituted of the composition). |
