In the present invention, a through hole (4a) of a flat spring (4) has an opening area larger than the area of a cross section of a shaft end portion (3c) of a shaft (3), and has a hole shaped so as to be in contact with the rotating shaft end portion (3c). A through hole (5a) of a plate (5) has an opening area larger than the area of the cross section of the shaft end portion (3c) and smaller than that of the through hole (4a). The shaft end portion (3c) is passed through the through hole (4a) and the through hole (5a), and is crimped to form a space (6) between the through hole (4a) and the shaft end portion (3c), which space (6) is filled with grease (8). |
